is an ERASMUS+ project with the objective to create an online blended method on visual education for recycling and rebuilding cultural identities of people with migrant and refugee backgrounds.

By using of the power of art, creativity and visual education we support the (re)integration of people with refugee, migrant, or cultural minority backgrounds into their local communities. We explore visual creativity to understand the complexity of cultural identity(ies) and incite people to communicate through images by providing:

The different practices - designed and tested within our international trainings and local workshops by the partner organisations - are built on the different interpretations of the notion of recycling:

RECYLING

MATERIALS

to raise awareness about environmental protection and overconsumption

to rediscover and enhance culture of origin within a hosting country

RECYCLING

SKILLS

to rediscover and adapt one's skills and knowledge to a new environment and new needs

In practice, these recycling practices are often present at the same time within the creative activities that we propose. They are categorised as follows:

RECYLING MATERIALS

RECYCLING SKILLS

&

VISUAL HERITAGE

The practices that we designed consist of 3 types of activities - discovery, visual and digital ones - so that you can find ideas and tutorials for each within all the 3 recycling categories:
